  • @caela4242 of course its not always about flexibility and you will grow cheer helps you to be more flexible and stronger

  • @caela4242: dnt worry im a cheerleader too and i dont have my splits ipulled myleft and right thigh muscle like 2 times & im still cheering. the problem is if ur a flyer it will be hard for u to do heal stretches or thing like that in the airr but it sooo much funn juus try it out :)

  • @caela4242 well if you cant touch your toes or do the splits because you arent flexible then you can just stretch more and you'll get it eventaully but i think you should cheers alot of fun !!!!! GOOD LUCK!

  • I wanna be a cheerleader when im in highschool im only in 7th grade and i have problems with my knees and i'll never be able to touch my toes and i cant do spilts cuz they hurt lol but would i still be able to be a cheerleader?
