Football Manager 2011; [TUTORIAL] ~ Setting up a Network Game!

Step 1: Download LogMeInHamachi, Link: https:--secure.logmein.com-products-hamachi-download.aspx (Click unmanaged).
Step2: Follow on-screen instructions and if your the host of the game, click 'Network' ~ 'Create a New Network'.
Step 3: Give your friends the details you had made the network with.
Step 4: Create a new game just like normal on Football Manager 2011.
Step 5: Once loaded, click preferences via the 'FM' button, then network. Fill in server name and click 'Run As Server'.
Step 6: Get friends to 'Join Other Network' ~ Then add in the code that is on the hosts Hamachi.
Step 7: Click the set off numbers that would come up, and Enjoy!

@hazzy176 that one im not actually too sure about. i cant see why it wouldnt work because your both using a program which connects you regardless of platform, but hey, just give it a try see what happens. Have any issues just comment or inbox. Check out the other fm11 for player vids incl. frees, best signings, youngsters etc

@hazzy176 as far as i am aware, no, the only person who needs the correct database which you and your friends desire is the person who is actually hosting the game.

My friends wont connect to hamachi ? It says on the prefences that he doesnt have a client id etc, please help ?

@RangersLoyal96 This is to you and everyone else having troubles, follow the tutorial EXACTLY as shown and it will work for you. Top tip: whoever has the best internet connection (best speed) is the best candidate for being the host.
