  • menderfire- yup I read somewhere that if your body is alkaline you won't get sick as easily. Unfortunately all the good tasting food is bad for you. I went on a healthy diet for 3 months, nothing but veggies fruits and whole grains & I lost 40lbs. But these foods are so bland I was ravenous and like a addict fiending for sweets and goodies. Why don't we like the food that we are supposed to eat? I just can't stay on a healthy diet long-I did and the longer I was on it, the harder it was.

  • @65Patrival If i ate raw steak I would have to get rushed to the hospital and be really sick. Its not healthy to eat raw meat... it may be better for you, but in the long run, Salad, and things like that are good.

  • I used to feel the same way...you just have to push through it and it'll go away. It took me about 2 weeks to start feeling normal after I ate in the morning. Try eating oats with fresh fruit...that helped me a lot.
