its a neervous break down song beacause..
like many of brel's songs it starts out cute and sweet and as the song progresses the tempo gets faster and faster and the person singing it goes slightly crazy and demonic
however this video only has the first verse

How is this a nervous break down song? Is there something I'm missing? Although the series of scenes idea is kinda cool.

There is no plot it is a series of scenes, that's the brilliance of Brels music, Each song creates it's own story and own Characters

what is the plot of the musical? I've heard loads about it but can't find a plot. Also, what happens when she sings this?

I came upon this merely to hear the English translation of Jacques Brel's "Fast Waltz" and that is what I got. Plus a little, happy baby so extremely cute, he looks like a real Cherub angel. And a beautiful woman laughing with him. It is a treat to hear this song and see these two lovely, laughing, loving people. Thank you.
