Should you add an MLS listing to your FSBO strategy? Real estate agents used to be the only people who could access the MLS, but now anyone can see it on the Internet. Adding an MLS listing increases the number of eyes that will see your home. When selling your own home through a site like FSBO.com, you can add an MLS package. You will still avoid paying most of the commission, but you may have to pay a commission to an agent who brings his or her buyers to your sale.
Seems like a good review of some of the options.
Thanks

Jeez, I wonder if she's getting a little something on the side from ForSaleByOwner? All of this person's videos push that site. What's bad about that is that they charge hundreds of dollars to list your property and companies like EzFizbo charge $99 for the same thing.

You might avoid paying a commission but you'll most likely pass that savings on to the buyer. In the end, you're going to get less for your house selling it on your own. You'll also have more problems with buyers, showings, marketing.. etc. Homes sold with the use of a Realtor net 12% more money on average.
