Banning sale to PR??hmmm...questionable suggestion. We need them as much as they need us. We can't make ourselves too unattractive to attract talent.
Reducing CPF for housing is workable. If you do this, it will mean less affordability for this group and if other demand sectors are not limited, ie foreigners , then you will end up with a backlash.Easier said then done.
Parents with children jump queue? Include those expecting mothers. Workable.
don't use the word "government" when you mean "PAP", because PAP is not the same as government, just like the person sitting on the chair is not the same as the chair (even if the person has been sitting on the chair for a long time). the way it sounds, this practice may reinforce PAP claims to government and make opposition parties sound disloyal. use "incumbent government" or "the current administration" instead.
What about singles ? Proposal is a wee bit lop sided

Slow down a little when you mention the statistics . Has better effect. Use a mike stand.
Is the statistic of 5000new flats p.a correct for 2009 to 2010? Resale flats 39,000!
If that's correct, then there is a glaring shortage in building new flats.
2006 to2009 , only 4,000 units p.a? Marriages 20000 p.a?100,000 immigration?
That's a huge mismatch in supply and demand indeed!
