Fantastic -- I just started watching The Prisoner, but I remember this advert from back in the day. Did they actually film this (or the opening exterior shot, anyway) in Portmeirion?

For the time the 21 was a great design. Had more space than many of the others on offer and was new, clean style. Liked the cars very much, knew several people with them - never had any trouble and the fast ones could go.
