Hubby and I started the 5 Bite Diet on Monday, April 18th, 2011.

Nothing for breakfast.
5 bites for lunch.
5 bites for dinner.

No snacks, no caloric beverages.

This is meant to last no longer than 2 weeks to attain a weight loss of approximately 15-20 lbs. After that we plan to build breakfast back in, and adjust the number of "bites" we get (learning portion control the hard way)...

  • It is super hard so i do 15 bites in total a day...still pretty good..after the third day it gets way easier
