That's not a line6 delay, it's a Danelectro reel echo...
For the gtr setup I agree with BlackHole (i guess the orange one is a phaser or a booster 'cause it has just one knob, and maybe the gold one could be an overdriver/distortion or a booster too).

@berg9850 I see an old boss loop station, an electro harmonix memory man, a boss tuner, a wah, a distortion pedal, the liitle gold dude is probably a pickup booster, and the other two, i have no idea.
