Don't know when it's from, sometime before 2004 I'd wager. Combos used are not always legit; some of the ones in the beginning use more than level 3 supers, etc. But the V-ISM stuff is legit.

Sadly, video seems to be incomplete.

Do this combo in versus mode not training, because in the normal state you won't able to do all time lvl 3 super combo.
