Nicolai Gedda (b. 1925) is a Swedish operatic tenor. Having made some two hundred recordings, Gedda is said to be the most widely-recorded tenor in history. Gedda's singing is best known for his beauty of tone, vocal control, and musical perception.
He here sings here 'Che geldia manina' from Puccini's La Boheme, a live performance. That final C is DIVINE. One of the most magnificent sounds I've ever heard in my life. Che gelidas don't get better than this...enjoy.
