Yet another improvised weapon for shelter survival....and not the worst idea for street survival. The basic man's / woman's belt has a number of uses as a weapon, I present many of them here.
Peace,
David

  • not the worst idea, I prefer to hit with the buckle, but a wrist wrap is not a bad idea at all.\

    Thanks,

  • @SpookeySVG mostly, I suggest wrapping the belt in this video to cut down on bounce back. This is something that few are used to with flexible weapons and shortening the length of the weapon cuts down on the amount of and force of the bounce back. It is possible to eliminate bounce back almost entirely, but I'll have to cover that in another video.

    Happy new year,

    David

  • @SinisterSurgeon If you wrist wrap, you cannot release if need be. In the military and law enforcement there was / is a specific holding measure for your baton cord. Thumb through the loop, strap over the back of the hand, weapon grasp firmly in the palm. Allows for strength in retention, but you can eliminate being trapped by your own weapon by simply opening you hand...it will simply unravel.

  • you should wrap around your wrist also incase they manage to grab it you will have a better hold
