DG MUGEN - DG Buttercup Beta 0.6

Hey guys. Here's another version of DG Buttercup. Some minor changes have been made. Here are the list of changes:

+Added three new specials: Blankie Grab, Fireball, and Mini-Tornado
+Added a new fatality: Overkill
+Added a Friendship Finisher
+Changed the MK vs DC announcer to MK2 announcer
+A few unexplainable improvements

I do not have MUGEN (too busy for games) nore am I a real fan of The PPGs, but THIS Buttercup (who is awsome in her own right) is absolutely KICKASS with red eyes and fatalities and this is enough to make me consider purchasing it someday!

I also have a suggestion, change "Finish Him" and "Finish Her" to "Finish 'em" for both, so that some characters (like Buttercup here) won't be called "him".
