How do we get those hernias internally? I am so glad you got them taken care of before they became a huge problem. Do you watch Amelia (Massagegoddess)? She almost died from an internal hernia recently. I'm glad you are doing OK. Did your dr. say if you are likely to have more problems with hernias in the future to worry about?
