Our economy is in deep shit, we can't lower rates any lower, nor spend more treasury bucks, at least not significantly. If they don't stop political bickering aiming at the election (see how the Republicans almost halted our country because of the relatively small amount of 3 billions of aid), that's precisely what will happen.
