The United Nations has declared famine in two regions of southern Somalia and said the situation could get worse.

This week, the United Nations formally declared a famine in parts of southern Somalia.

Right now, today, children in East Africa are facing a desperate crisis caused by prolonged drought, soaring food prices and ongoing conflict in Somalia.

UNICEF is the main provider of ready to use therapeutic food in all three countries, but we desperately need more funds in order to help us reach every child.

@scottishbadboytracks I totally agree with your comment. Even if people can’t spare the cash, If they could spread the word to help the people of Somalia. It would be as good as cash. In this day and age, information is king. And the youtube community are better than gods.
