Parkour, conditioning, combinations, foot and hand placement, they've got flow. Julie has been shooting parkour action for nearly 2 years and this is the piece of work she is most proud of. YES! This is Parkour and Free Running practiced as a discipline! No showing off, no big jumps. Just repetition and creative flowing movement.

@revill2 Urban Freeflow isn't all about competition. There isn't 'factions' of parkour. You just do it. Stop getting tied up with who is with who and who doesn't agree who who's ideals, that ruins the entire point of parkour. Let UF do what UF does.

I find it amazing how a space can be explored. Whereas the normal bystander would simply walk through this, perhaps at most jumping over a bar to get where they are going, Dan and Forrest show an almost infinite amount of variations in how a person can travel within and through this little space. So many different movements are shown in this little space that certainly wasn't designed for such movements. They are discovered.

I once read in a skateboarding book that skateboarders don't see just a bench or a pot. they see something to grindo and to jump and kickflip over. I didn't get that much, I had to try to think of the things. however, I can now look at a simple wall with some stairs next to it, and I can think of all of the ways to get past it. parkour is awesome. it lets me do that
