Do You Hear What I Hear (Regney/Baker)

Written in 1962 by Noel Regney and Gloria Shayne Baker, while married, it was basically written as a cry for peace and reason during the Cuban missile crisis. It was originally recorded by the Harry Simeone Chorale but it was Bing Crosby who turned it into a smash hit when he sang it in 1963. One of the lesser known but still well played Christmas carols, this is one that is actually American in origin. Dave and the Imaginary Band bring you "Do You Hear What I Hear"
