heyday - mic christopher - 29 June 2001 - novy jichin

the frames played this amazing free gig in novy jichin town square early this particular night. people had come from the four corners of the town to wig out and it was a crazy gig. after all the gear was packed away mic, glen, joe and colm started playing songs and a whole new gang of people came together. frames fans who had travelled from germany to be there, frames fans that had travelled from ireland to be there and czech people who had never heard of the frames before but wouldn't forget them ina hurry. the guitar went round and round - some of this is used in the video for heyday which is elsewhere on this acount somewhere!

That was her there at 13, The Frames went on tour there and Marketa's father helped arrange the gig. That the first time they all met.
