~My new start~

In this video I talk about how I started over on my journey today. This is my 19 month surgiversary but the first day of my new journey.. Today I weigh 191 and my goal is 160, hopefully by September 11, my 2 year surgiversary..
Here are my measurements:
upper arms: 14.5"
ribs: 37"
waist: 38"
hips: 40"
upper thighs: 24.5"
chest: 40"

Hello Becky

I am Pre op for lap band and I do not have anyone to give me support within my family but oh well. I am going to do it anyway without them and get down to the weight I need to be. The only one that supports me is my disabled little son. So after I get this done I can push him around in his chair to get all my walking in. God Bless I pray that you get to your point and goal that you set forth.

Ive been away from youtube for a while and away from doing what I need to do for a while too. I started back on my plan on Monday (4/5) and am still going strong 9 days later. So far I have lost 9 pounds, but I still have 70 to goal. We can soooo do this.
