  • fy fan vad fet tomislav är!

  • That happened to me two weeks ago only I hit the pin on the way up. Waiting fro my back to recover so I can start squatting again.

    I got the lift though.

  • spotters did a bang up job

  • Since the Squat rack used was not from IPF approved manufacturer, like ER Equipment, that might have been the probable cause.

Some countries not affiliated with IPF, such as China, will sometimes use lifting equipment not conforming to IPF standards.

In fact, when I was lifting at the 2007 Special Olympics World Summer Games in Shanghai, the lifting bars used were very weak, even with 600 lbs loaded. Secondly, if you're slightly off-centred, such as Squats, bar will tilt against you.

  • Extremely mickey mouse. Should not have happened. Those squat stands should have been properly secured.

  • Since Miller is an English surname, I wonder Daniel Miller is originally from an English speaking country and then immigrated to Poland?

  • couldn't have asked for better spotters. Almost had the lift too

  • Tomislav saved your ass... Bra jobbat tommy!
