Nice. I run mine without mufflers once in a while. I just want to know what size jets to put in to keep the mufflers off permanently. Don't want to burn out the valves.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet... The Metzleler tires really complete the look..

That's what a Truimph Twin should sound like.

@7StrangeFruits ,, the fuel mixture normally needs adjusting to make sure it doesn't run weak when using less restrictive (louder) pipes.. A weak mixture can burn holes through pistons too when the engine is used hard. Fitting bigger main jets to carbs normally sorts things out,, but if it's fitted with electronic fuel injection?????

@Flannoman75 ,,, Start by making sure that no air is getting into the exhaust at the cylinder head joints or anywhere.

I like the painted sidewalls. Bike looks and sounds cool.

I put staintune exhausts on mine but I get a loud "cracker" sound when I back off the throttle. I know they pop at times but this is pretty loud. Any suggestions?

Really nice job dude!
Thruxton forever!
Such a fantastic looking and sounding bike.
The Metzeler tyres really add to that retro look.

@kbrown31312
Thanks!!
No, I removed my pipes, and made 2 mini pies out of stainless steel. Just to even out the diffrence in size at the end of the headers.
