The summer heat is on! It's important that you take care of yourself in the heat. If you must work or exercise in hot conditions, drink plenty of fluids and take frequent breaks in the shade. These will help in avoiding heat exhaustion or worse heat stroke. Also, remember to take care of your skin and avoid sunburn. Sunburn is a risk factor in skin cancer. Sunscreens with an SPF of 15 or greater can help. The sunscreen should block both UVA and UVB rays.
