Officer James :Jim" was such a good man, good heart , a good father, husband, brother to ALL....We are all sad, in disbelief, .He was killed in the line of duty while apprehending an evil Bank Robber at Vallejo Ca....SALUTE to a Great Man who has LIVED his LIFE so well, has served his community and this Great Nation..We will miss you, May you find peace & glory in unity with our Creator.Praise Be,
