freemicrosoftpoint[DOT]com is the best!

ok so youve simply plugged this into the mains, that cant be a good idea and i thought u needed a DC current for hydrogen production
-
All that open microphone time and you could say ONE wrod, why is this, you could have been telling us about your idea????
-
To much electrolyte thats about it .
-
use less electrolyte in your water
-
makis96 look for any shorts that may be in the cell. another way to reduce amps is to use this circuit, it works ive tried it
-
try putting one on a lawn mower! HEEHEEHEE
-
I have made a cell also but some reason I am drawing more than 25 amps any thoughts on how to reduce it?

in an RC circuit, voltage over R is Vr = Vin - Vcap. Vcap increases when being charged by current. So Vr decreases because Vcap increases, thus current decreases, so indeed theoretically it takes forever, because Vcap is aways lower than Vin because of R.
Current decreases exponentially, charge increases exponentially, the speed is indeed depended on tau.
mathematically:
curent: Vin/R * e^(-t/ (RC) )
charge: Vin-Vin*e^(-t/ (RC) )
try to plot 'm in MS Powertoy Calculator
Tau is the time it takes to charge discharge a cap. It is referred to as the RC time constant.
It takes 5 Tau ( 5 relevant time periods ) to "fully" charge/discharge a cap. The Cap will use 67% of the remaining voltage( until it's equal to input voltage or zero ) per Tau
TO charge a cap to 10 volts
R = 10 ohm C = 10 F
Tau = R * C
Using 10 and 10 you get a Tau of 100 so it'll take 500 seconds to fully discharge/charge any cap

very interesting..
I just read something that says it theoretically takes FOREVER to fully charge a cap! however current draw is also determined via frequency and cap value.
The caps in this video can NEVER fully charge anyway; they're rated @ 4 times the input voltage! This may also affect the time constant. hmmmm..
thanks for the input!

Thats cool... tried a vacuum test??

don't have a pump.. yyyet. Apparently Bob Lazar, (yes THEE Bob Lazar !) sells amazing lab-grade vacuum pumps on his website at a good price. Gonna pick one up soon hopefully. (He also sell samples of U, as in the stuff that makes hair fall out), but we won't go there just yet.
