A typical day in our 3 machine custom embroidery shop. In this video you will see all three embroidery machines running on two different projects. If you set up your work area well, use the proper fixtures and jigs, one person can work quite efficiently and turn out a large or number of garments in a day. We pride ourselves on quality work and fast turnaround for all of our customers. Find us on the web for your custom embroidery needs at http://www.astridsembroidery.com located in Middleville Michigan.

  • Just run a Google search for Hoop Master and you'll be on your way!

  • Those are called Hoop Masters and I wouldn't be without them. They aren't the least expensive things around but I wouldn't be without them for larger runs for sure!

  • It's simply PVC tubing with ropes in the ends suspended from the bottom of the shelving. Just slide them through the tubes and your all set :O)

  • Yep this be the place Curt! Been a busy 2 weeks here. Ran about 900 flats and about 15 ham radio call sign hats in between lol!

  • Like the video! What do you use to hang your stabilizer on. That is a clever way to keep it.

  • Good to see where my SKCC and NAQCC hats come from! ;-)

    Looks nice.
