Those are called Hoop Masters and I wouldn't be without them. They aren't the least expensive things around but I wouldn't be without them for larger runs for sure!

It's simply PVC tubing with ropes in the ends suspended from the bottom of the shelving. Just slide them through the tubes and your all set :O)
