@CadjinGisclair Wow that's phenomenal! I am happy for you! I remember seeing the SpeechEasy on Oprah about 10 years ago. It seemed to work miracles. To hear that magnesium supplements work better is just awesome!

@CadjinGisclair thanks a lot for this information! By the way I had similar success treating other mg-deficiency (or other nutrition-based) issues, which an ordinary doctor would never have diagnosed as such. This again proves that our "health systems" are nothing but profit centers, mostly designed to make money, and it proves that our nutrition is more than crucial for our health. All the best to you!

(continued)...A diet including more magnesium-rich foods, and a $3 bottle of magnesium pills have done more for my stuttering and facial ticks than years of speech therapy and a $5000 SpeechEasy anti-stuttering device (which I have owned since 2005)!

Yes, I did! And it continues to improve as I watch my diet. My problem (I believe) was that I had a magnesium deficiency growing. As a kid and till I was about 22 or so (I'm now 25), I would intake salt, ice cream, and bread in excess. This was not only bad for my health, but I later learned that these 3 things were known to counter the effects of magnesium..and since I already had a magnesium deficiency, it was only hurting me more......

@CadjinGisclair very interesting. did you continue to make progress using mg ?

I believe it. Also I am trying to buy a book. The secret of your own blood. AH.
I do AH, and solve my problem. Take 10ml blood from your vein and put right way
in your muscles. Thank you to Dr. Luiz Moura for all your videos.

This is NO LIE, guys! I have stuttered severely my entire life, and I have some symptoms of turrets (like most stutters) such as facial ticks and overall muscle tenseness..When I started taking magnesium (at the time it was Natural Calm), I started noticing results the next day! I was a lot more relaxed, my facial ticks were virtually non-existent, and my speech is better than it had EVER been!...
