  • Since you cut out the beginning of the video, or it doesnt exist anyway we wont know what happened prior to her arrest. As I do not live in New York I do not know the city's or states laws and ordinances. You dont get arrested for waiting to use a ATM.

  • You left out the part where the NYPD officer told her to leave and she refused. Private property is Privately owned. Someone can be made to leave for any reason. When you refuse, you are trespassing.
