Original US Sailor Moon Opening

This is the original Sailor Moon theme, which was dubbed horribly by the company DIC. To all the American Sailor Moon fans out there, I strongly suggest watching the episodes in Japanese with English subs. Much better storyline :) Anyways, enjoy!!

Technically the show was first aired in Canada on YTV so it is actually the "Original Canadian Sailor Moon Opening" or North American Opening

Sailor Moon was awesomely dubbed,You obviously don't know what good voice acting is.

And this was the ONLY theme song to be translated well to English. It caters to younger audiences. It's suppose to be cheesy and hokey. Go watch your horribly dubbed Funimation animes.

This song is more powerfull & upbeat than the original song they used for Sailor Moon Japanese version & I Love this song!

So this isn't perfect, but back in 1994/1995 anime was NOT mainstream. This was many people's first introduction to anime and it is still nostalgic, and much better than that horrid half live action half redone animation bid that is usually mis-labelled as the Saban potential opening. It still gets a thumbs up for Nostalgia.

@dreamera1 I know...Sure Moonlight Densetsu is better but like you said, this is the version I grew up with and I love it so I do not mind whether or not the English Dub is shit to other people but this is the version I grew up with :)
