Riblje Oko - Vratite nam more (Croatia)

In September 2007., young spearfisher Darko Kulic from Sibenik, Croatia, was brutaly overrun by a speedboat on Zirje island, near Rasohe. Murderer was never found...
One month later, Organization "Riblje Oko" (Fish Eye) from Split, Croatia, introduced the action "Vratite nam more" (Return Our Sea) in Sibenik by lighting candles on the coast, and then went to Zirje island where Darko was killed, together with his family and friends. After long minutes of silence, divers went into the sea and anchored a unique monument, metal buoy with diver's flag on the top, with engravings for everybody to remember all who died on the sea, and to care about divers and spearfishers all around the world. Author of this monument is mr. Ale Guberina, academic artist from Sibenik.
