I love cheese but I've never had the opportunity to see how it's made. So we stopped at a Fromagerie (France Cheese Making Farm) on a motorbike ride one day. This farm made goat cheese. We were fortunate enough to arrive during feeding and milking time and watched the antics. It was a blast, especially for an animal lover like me. The best part was watching the sheep dog round up and chase down the goats from the milking platform. This visit has been one of the highlights of my adventures in France so far. If you are in France and get the chance to visit a fromagerie, do it. And buy the freshest, yummiest cheese you've ever tasted.
