13 weeks post bicep repair. Training has improved a lot I'm able to do a lot more and I'm hopeful that a full recovery won't take too much longer. The snatch is not real heavy merely working technique and obviously don't want to push my bicep too hard, with the squat my legs just keep getting stronger and I've already managed to squat 135 for 5 a few days after this. Handstand starting to come back, endurance is still down tho.

  • Brother, I'm getting sore watching this..it's bring back my college competitive weightlifting days...ughh!! Nice work, and I'm happy to see you training again. Respects, Atlas

  • @THEBODYPRACTICE Steve, U must have been massive for a weightlifter! Wouldn't see many as tall as you, but then again not many as tall as you have your bodyweight skills either. Thanks for the kind words I'm almost there as far as recovery, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger

  • Good to see u getting back into it man! Still looking pretty beast, especially in the legs! All the best for a speedy recovery

  • @MrArbitrager Cheers mate, Things are going well. The rings are calling me but I must resist their siren song for a little longer

  • @Demus15 Yes, I was. I think I'm supposed to be about 5'5" and about 150lbs, instead of 6'0 and 200lbs...why I like the things that favor the smaller statued people is beyond me..although it's nice to be doing stuff most guys my size cannot do :)

Keep up the great work my friend. Stay safe, train smart.

    Much Respects,

    Atlas

  • @bboypg Yeah it is likely a similar timeframe for full recovery for me

  • @bboypg yeah i saw infact...13 weeks are not to much...think that when i've broken my ACL my complete recovery was o 6-7 months!!! i hope that no one can fall down in this injury!!!

  • @bboypg Yes I've lost strength but hopefully it won't take too much longer to return.

  • hi demus how are you? did you lose strength after the injury?

  • @ovaxova Nah, botched rings move
