The (complete) audio recording of this performance is part of the 2005 Dutch Jazz Archives CD 'Rita Reys - I Got Rhythm'.
Duke Ellington composed Sophisticated Lady in 1932 with Irving Mills. The words were added later by Mitchell Parish. It is still a well-known jazz standard. Other famous renditions are by Toots Thielemans, Blossom Dearie, Ella Fitzgerald, Lana Turner, Billie Holiday and Rosemary Clooney.
