  • Using this situation, the cleaning company puts out their price for services and the other company agrees for the contract or disagrees for the contract. If the company disagrees then the price is compromised. After the contract is made, the money the cleaning company receives is whatever how they intent to use and Cub Foods has no power to decide what the cleaning company should use it for.

  • Cub Foods has no say in the code of conduct of another company as they are demanding. Also there is no negotiation as these workers aren’t employed by Cub Foods, but by a contractor. In addition I don’t think many people understand what B2B (business to business) is and how it functions.

  • Cub Foods isn’t the company these workers need to strike at. They aren’t even employed by Cub Foods. They should strike at the cleaning industry that they work for. Demanding a customer of the cleaning industry to pay more to their company so they will get higher wages is wrong. It is your company that put out the price for its services, so they should meet with their employers.
