As one of the first gyms in the world, Balance Club is offering this fabuless new training concept developed by dr. Ulrich Ghisler, Denmark.
The concept is you change between bike and ski every 5 minutes, which enable you to keep a much higher intensity for longer time, because you change the workload between your upper and lower body and burn more calories than in any other kind of workout !!
One of participants burned more than 100 % more calories in 30 minutes, than he normally does in 60 minutes indoor cycling class !!
