Lions fight Crocodile for zebra lunch!

There are four female lions. They just killed the zebra and a crocodile come to try and steal the meal!
you can see the croc open his mouth very wide
you watch them pick up the zebra, and carry it away!

@FireEel It is a little odd how lions struggle so much with crocs, but admittedly, Nile crocodiles are larger and more aggressive than India's mugger crocs (though judging from your knowledge of these animals, you probably knew that).

@FireEel Tigers don't put up a fight, they OWN. Lions are actually the poorest among the great cats.

@Dungarth "Quite frequently"? No Dungarth, I did my research. No lion has ever killed a crocodile on land without some form of advantage. And lions hardly kill crocodiles.

These lions weren't just interested in eating, they were also interested in ESCAPING from the croc. Lions do not tolerate ANY other predators, whether it be leopards or hyenas. But only when it comes to crocodiles would lions actually give way, and in this case, willingly let the croc have part of their kill.

@FireEel ..actually Lions are known to kill Crocs that venture onto land quite frequently, this is just one of those occasions where they were more interested in eating.
