If something the mass that Nibiru is proposed to be was either in or near our solar system all of the INNER planets including earth would be violently perturbed.

No added perturbation is conclusive evidence that there is nothing of that mass either in or near our solar system.

You can't hide a planet the size of Jupiter that will be here in two years. You couldn't even hide it if it were going to be here in 2020. It would be plainly visible to everyone on a cloudless night.
