While i enjoyed this, I felt that the polished piano/vocals took away from the overall emotional flow of the song. The slight reverb on the vocals may have accounted for this.
Also I'd have to disagree with the ending. the anger you brought to it followed by the slow outro was emotional in a different, less effective, sense. Good yes, but in my opinion not the catharsis of sorrow and frustration that is so pertinent to the song's soul.
Interesting rendition though and beautiful piano work.

@guildofguitars Glen Hansard already did a great, and very emotional version of this song. The song's about the loss of love, not being a douche nozzle so you can get the girls when they see how "good" you are on the keyboard. I was actually enjoying this guy until near the end.

3:12 - 3:14 ... What the hell? Leave the creativity in singing to Glen Hansard please. And don't attempt higher notes in chest voice, it sounds horrible coming from you.
