@cristineplonie obviously, you don't seem to get it. he said "migamall" on purpose -- just to mock her even more. one thing i have against call centers in the Philippines is that sometimes, too many unqualified people end up in those kind of jobs because of the money involved. what they can do is set a certain standard for call center agents, and ultimately, provide the necessary english language proficiency classes for them as well.

This girl (our kababayan) is just trying to make a descent living, She deserved respect, she struggled too much, English is our only second language. So man give respect, maybe you are in the states right now bcos your parents brought you there, parents who also speak in the same manner as the the call center lady. RESPECT BRO, RESPECT.
