TLIO: Penguin Class website - Newsletters part

This is a timelapse (and an IOGraphica image) of me working on the Newsletters portion of the website (both showing data and editing the data in an Admin panel).

I added more subtitles this time to explain what I'm doing. Hard to do when I tend to finish small parts really fast for a timelapse video!
