If his father IS NOT American, (he's a British citizen) & his Mother is an American citizen, that makes Obama a DUAL Citizen, NOT a Natural Born Citizen, which is what the Constitution REQUIRES. At best, he's a DUAL CITIZEN & that is ONLY IF he was born in Hawaii. The last Birth Certificate was PROVEN BEYOND A DOUBT, a FORGERY..a FAKE, electronically manufactued document.
