  • Hey, Brando, how are Japanese sentences structured? Are they in the same subject-verb-direct object form that our English language has? Let me know!

    <3

  • @suckapunch565 nooope Japanese is very different.

i believe its Object Subject Verb :)

    in other words:

the thing you're talking about - something about it - the verb

    its easier than english really

  • @TokyoBrando I know! I started writing Kana just yesterday and realized how easy writing in japanese is! I already know how to write some words.

  • @suckapunch565

yup, hiragana & katakana will probably only take a day or 2 to learn..depending on how hard you study them..and their special rules arent that difficult either..

however Kanji is abit different lol..but keep it up and you'll do alright

  • anoo, i'm not exactly fluent in japanese or anything, but I thought deshou or deshou ka was something more along the lines of 'right?' like desu ne, like 'sore wa nan deshou?' or something like that...

Ah, but I don't mean to be rude or anything! I just would like some clarification...

  • nope.. deshou = future tense..

muzukashii deshou = it will be hard..

muzukashii desune = it's hard, huh?

  • I checked this out of curiosity just to see what you look like, and this is really cool, man! I've always kinda wanted to learn Japanese, and I didn't realize that you did these! You did a really good job of presenting this, and the recap at the end was quite nice.

  • Muito obrigado pelo video :D

Thank you very much for the video!

    Regards from Brazil.

  • @TokyoBrando Yeah, I took a look at Kanji and boy, that's overkill! I guess you gotta crawl before you walk. But before I go, I have one question: If you learn Kanji, does that mean you are able to read the original Chinese calligraphy?

  • cool
