Demo version from "Spirits Having Flown Demos".
sorry...tone quality (recording state) isn't good.
Written by Barry, Robin and Maurice Gibb (1978).
Illustrating the excess of these sessions, original has 27 vocal tracks.
Barry on falsetto lead 3 times, falsetto high harmony 3 times, falsetto low harmony 3 times.
Barry on natural voice lead 3 times, high harmony 3 times, low harmony 3 times.
Barry, Robin and Maurice together on lead 3 times, high harmony 3 times, low harmony 3 times.
The horn section from the band Chicago play on the song, in return for the brothers appearance on a Chicago song.
This was not a disco song but had plenty of Barry Gibb falsetto.
Number one in USA and top five in UK.
Barry, Robin and Maurice donated the income from this song to UNICEF, a gift that was still active since the song has been continuously available on the album "Spirits Having Flown" and on several albums of Bee Gees hits.

This is a copy from boot CD sold in Europe about 15 years ago....

This is not a demo - There are no demos for any of the songs on Spirits all are monitor mixes at various stages of the recordings. Not sure where or how you obtained these copies.

This is not a demo but a take during the recording process. And if I remember correctly there is a demo of "Rest Your Love On Me" as it was written for someone else and sent out to them (and no, not Conway Twitty). But I believe there is a demo of that one somewhere out there (I amy be wrong).
