hee heee funny story.. its natural for the dog to want to get little fuzzy cats and such. My cat will snuggle and sleep with ruby when they lie down. But the dog is the one who usually chases the cat in play. its too funny.

Ruby the Doberman is doing well. she is about 3.5 years old.

Very smart dog. Dobes have lots of energy and will pester you at night when you are trying to relax if you don't excersize them.

Very good watch dog. When the neighbors come home she lets us know and if anyone is at the door.

We purchased a king sized bed so she can sleep with us at night. Great dog!! I'll be sad when the time comes and she is gone. I think I will alway have a doberman in my life.

@GeckoVova2000 and so were german shepherds and rottweilers, but that dosent make them ALL bad. and dobermans are in the top 10 smartest dogs, either ranking 3rd or 5th. dobies are awesome but seriously, they couldnt help what the nazis did with them, they did what they were told because they thought it was right.

Taste of the Wild is a GREAT dog food. Somebody mentions it above. It's all we feed our Doberman. Plus carrots, radishes, brussel sprouts and anything crunchy. Taste of the Wild is a few buck more, but you can feed less. Plus, you're not supporting some giant corporation that doesn't really care about your dog. Or us.

Wow! I also have a doberman (pantera) and a black cat (chamuco), I undestand that nothing bad is going to happen. She knows that the kitty is a family member, so, the cat wasn't at real danger

LOL. Looks like the scene at my house with the German Shepherd and the kitties. He won't hurt them in the house and lets them get in his crate and so forth, but I do wonder if he would hurt them if they were running outside and he not restrained. he has a lot of drive. Gorgeous Dobie, BTW.
