I had a 1969 Fiat 850 for many years. I put 80,000 miles on it with almost no repairs. It was the most fun car I have ever owned. It never lef me down, the high RPM sound was incredible, and I thought the interior was nice too. The light steering, great driving position, easy shifting, high gas mileage was great.
I sold it when I got a Porsche.
How the US went from liking cars like this to gigantic gas guzzling SUV tanks, I will never know. It is good to see the new 500 series.
