can some one let me know if there is a way i can delete only PARTS of what i record:
eg: i get 2 hours of gameplay but only want to save 20 minutes of that gameplay, how do i delete the extra unwanted 1:40 of gameplay without deleting the 20 minutes i want to keep, PLEASE RESPOND ! :)

You are correct, the Youtube Uploader doesn't have the presets you want but you can create an Mpeg 2 file with the desired format, save this file and upload it manually to Youbute afterward.
