dammit, my mother keeps forgetting to logoff. This is idiotsage. Don't reply to theresa, that's my mom's account.

Ok, just listened to the original. Fidenco's voice is a bit softer in that version. He sounds kind of sad almost, and passionate about what he's singing. Mike sounds more like he's happy, and having fun with the tune. Both versions are cool. Really liking this Italian music. :)

yea, i knew they were all old italian tracks. And thanks for the link. Will watch. :)

So, kind of typical italian lyrics about tragic romance, eh?

I always loved the way the classic musicians/poets treated the tragedy of love. In America today, American songs about that kind of stuff comes off as immature garbage. Always about some woman breaking up with you, and you wanting to commit suicide, or something. No passion, no beauty, hell, no humor in it. Yes, love can be tragic, but it is not the end of the world. It is no reason to cry, and become detached.

  • @IdiotSage42 I don't know well, english but ican try to explane u in 2 words: This is not a translation!!! sorry,i never do it again i'll change for you i didn't knew how is love now i understand the pain that you have to pass for me hug me, and i'll love more and more .... chorus: He was a man that did not know what is love etc...
  • @matteopinix

I thought they broken up now. Not sure, but I think I read that on his wiki page.

Anyway, this is awesome. One more reason to learn italian. I love the sound of this music, even if you're not a patton fan, it sounds good, and he sung it well. I just wish I knew what he was singing. :D
