If you look at other interviews Bob explains that working is not just working for the man but working for each other!! Even Rastafari himself said that it is so important that we work. It is not Work that is the problem. It is the wrong type of work that creates problems. I am a teacher so I dont apply to this rule :P

Great point gleap! I hadn't actually thought of it this way, though it is obvious that Bob is trying to influence people to keep on pushing through the labor of work, "Come together and make it work." The example of Cain and Able is an excellent way of explaining it and anyone familiar with the Bible should certainly know this. Thanks for bringing another aspect of Bobs words of wisdom to my knowledge, and may more people learn to see the struggles of work in this light. Be well!
