@gseufzer My current bus is insured with Progressive.I did not say "bus". I said "Ford motorhome".Viking insurance has covered my schoolbuses,no problem.

American Gypsy sounds like a good name for school bus conversions. That would be a cool reuse project.
have you looked into insuring it ? I am going to do the same thing with a 97 amtran flat front school bus . my insurance pretty much said bite me

@gseufzer We did take the bus on tour last summer, and we did insure it. Im not sure of all the details, I know it was a six month deal, and I also know we got Triple A and that helped out SOOO much when we broke down. ( we broke down once driving up a mountain) overheated the engine...

did you guys ever finish it? would love to see it. Thinking about doing this. How much you guys pay for the bus? How much money did you put into the conversion?

This is not a "how to" video but still interesting to watch. Looks to me like you are making sure it's done right the first time. Good vid.

@yesiamanalien This is true its not really a "How to do it Yourself Video" , but more so just footage of use converting it. Maybe If we had done some voice overs and explained some building tecnnqiues. Reguardless the video does give an idea of what steps we took to convert the bus. Thanks for watching :O!
