I just think it's funny. As bad of a bass as Bill Lawrence is, to have Tim Riley come up and school him at bass must have been a bit embarrassing.

I don't think that there is or was a finer bass than Tim RIley. Some will say J.D. or George were the best, but Tim's tone and smooth transitions can't be matched. Only one I think is close is Jeff Chapman (KingdomHeirs)

You are so right in my opinion. Actually, I think that Tim and Jeff sound a lot alike. I still like Tim better, but Jeff is great too.

I think that Jeff Chapman is the second coming of Tim Riley. He has almost the same depth and resonence that Tim has.

i have nothin against bill or any other bass for that matter but no one and i mean NO ONE has the depth and wall rattlin notes like Tim. belive me when u go to a concert and it sounds like hes gonna blow the speakers.... now thats AWESUM!! God bless
